The past couple of weeks have been very busy for us. The downside is that what I consider to be a great level of service has slipped. Over the past 7 days we’ve dropped the ball in terms of getting our orders out on time and complete and as such I’d like to apologise to a number of our customers who’ve been adversely affected. There has been a major extenuating factor that has been outside our control but I won’t be using this isn’t an excuse. We could have done better.
